Nick continues to hold key client relationship and as a seasoned recruiter with 15 yrs of contingency based and retained search behind him continues to provide sales support and lead business development engagements. Prior to this Nick worked for Paragon IT a leading London agency where he held a duel role of UK Client Account Manager and Sales Manager for the South West.

Jan is an experienced recruiter with an in-depth understanding of infrastructure technologies and a developed expertise of IT Security & Cloud Technologies. From working within a vertical market he has been well equipped to source accurate candidates as well as offer up-to-date market information, industry trends and an insight for our clients. Jan is responsible for some of our largest accounts and has been instrumental in developing these relationships and securing leading supplier status within many of them.

Billy is responsible for developing the digital offering here at Berkeley Square IT which now delivers mission critical development staff for numerous Government Digital Services projects. Billy prides himself on being open and honest with clients and also candidates from the get-go as well as building trust and understanding with all who he works with.
Mark Gillespie
Finance Director
Mark is our acting Financial Director and has over 16 years’ experience as an accountant in Bristol having trained in practice, recruited into several Finance Director roles and more recently has currently runs Gillespie BS, a firm of Chartered Accountants. His time is spent in a variety of interim role and part time positions, from directorships, system implementations and general business advisory & mentoring roles. Mark aims are to assist SME’s grow by finding efficiencies within their systems & processes, reducing their accountancy & bookkeeping fees by eliminating duplication of data entry and offering sound tax advice.
